		Affiliate Membership Affiliate Membership Application The following are some ways we provide our Affiliates with as many marketing opportunities as possible and membership benefits:






		Opportunities for sponsorship and invited to Annual Installation Banquet in September Opportunities for sponsorship (begins at $500) and invited to all General Membership meetings, education classes, and fundraising events Possibility to be featured as Affiliate of the month on our website's homepage (criteria include participation, donations to Telluride/Montrose Regional Air Guarantee Program, and donations to First Time Homebuyers’ Program) Your business will appear in the printed ‘TAR Affiliate Directory’ publication, published once annually in the Fall (must be a member prior by August to be included in that year’s publication) Your business name appears in the TAR roster and website directory Access to TAR mailing and e-mailing addresses and printed mailing labels for marketing to TAR’s REALTOR® members and other Affiliates Invited to participate in Adopt-A-Hwy, Senior Luncheon, Angel Baskets, Tar Hoot Brown Scholarship, CPR/AED Training, FTHBAF, and other volunteer/community TAR affiliated events.

Affiliate of the Month Criteria

Not in a particular order - we consider all to be equally divided 4 ways - 25% for all.

1.    Sponsorship - Participant of First Time Homebuyer's Program, Airline Guarantee Contributor, fund raisers, General Membership meetings, education courses/seminars, installation banquet.
2.    Involvement - attend meetings and events, volunteer for community projects, fund raisers, that TAR is sponsoring.
3.    Unique ideas - p/r, ideas that help boost the association and its programs
4.    Communication - providing information that is beneficial and pertinent to our members
