The Telluride Association of REALTORS® has partnered with VanEd to provide mandatory and elective Continuing Education to members, and also recommends VanEd for Colorado Real Estate pre-licensing education, Appraisal pre-licensing education and the required Mortgage Broker licensing education.

Real Estate Continuing Education
VanEd offers a broad range of real estate continuing education courses to help you stay current and fulfill the requirements of your real estate license. We also offer all the courses required to obtain your GRI and MRE designations.

Real Estate Pre-licensing
The VanEd real estate licensing course provides you the knowledge to pass your real estate licensing exam and begin your real estate career. All Telluride Association of REALTORS® licensing students receive a $50 discount on the full 168 Credit Hour licensing course!

Appraisal Pre-licensing & Continuing Education
Become a real estate appraiser-our online Basic Appraisal Principles, Procedures and USPAP courses provide the foundation to a successful career and are approved by the Colorado Board of Real Estate Appraisers, The Appraisal Foundation, and IDECC. All Telluride Association of REALTORS® licensing students receive a $50 discount! on many of our most popular appraisal packages.

Colorado Mortgage Brokers
All new and current Colorado Mortgage Brokers are required to complete 40 hours of mandated education. VanEd has been approved for the entire qualifying education program. (Note: these courses also count for Continuing Education Credit for REALTORS® in Colorado)
